- BTYM or Better Than Your Mains, is alt raiding at its finest. Comprised of a mix of CSM members, Nova members, and friends/random people in Shattrath City.
- Originally began as a way to get alts tier 5 from SSC/TK. Progressed with the addition of a few mains to full clearing SSC/TK (before the 2.4 patch).
- Currently 5/5 MH and 5/9 BT.
- Aspires to one day clear BT to get #1 DPS Lutesy glaives.
- Learned from past mistakes and now uses a DKP system for tier 6 content. Prior to this items generally were won by a roll system. This ultimately led to people winning items and never showing again or items going to garbage cans like Lenora's paladin.

Raid Leader: Blackfrost
- While normally mild mannered during a CSM raid, Bladestorm's alter ego Blackfrost is both hostile and impatient. Any screwup, no matter how minor, can earn you a "REALLY?!" in a sarcastic/disappointing tone.
- Is known to call people shitty more often then Killswitcher.
- Often threatens to sit people or move the raid to another instance for repeated failure.
- Was a nice guy and passed the Leggings of Channeled Elements and the Tempest of Chaos to a CSM main. It is appropriate to point out his "nice sword" or "nice pants" while also reminding him BTYM will never kill Archimonde again.
- Enjoys telling Nova members to shut up even though BTYM uses Nova's ventrilo server.
Healing Leader: Hitmank
- Is the Yin to Blackfrost's Yang. If the raid is threatened with stopping for the evening or moving onto another instance, rest assured Darkspectre will contradict this statement within 3 seconds.
- He uses raid warnings to give out the healing assignment for bosses. This leaves only the final assignment in the middle of your screen and proves to be quite annoying.
