Criteria for Being on the Roster for an Instance

• The player made recognizable contribution to first-time progression through that instance. Basically, a player gets credit for an instance if that player was present for guild-first kills in that instance.

Spec Criteria

• Ell gets all three specs, because he's amazing like that.
• For MC/BWL, a player gets Discipline credit if he was the Divine Spirit bitch for a sizable period of time.
• After MC/BWL, a player gets Discipline credit if he was the Power Infusion bitch for a sizable period of time.
• A player gets credit for each spec that was his designated "main spec" during any guild-first kill in that instance.
• If a player has more than one spec listed for an instance, the specs should be listed in talent-tree order. i.e. Discipline Holy Shadow, Arcane Fire Frost, etc.
