Ra'sha's Sacrificial Dagger
Easily farmed up on the Isle of Thunder with minimal effort, Ra'sha's Sacrificial Dagger was very useful to the progression raider. Originally having only a 5 minute cooldown, it could be used basically every wipe while learning a new boss when a wipe was assured. It was especially good for healers because they are typically the last to die as they have very little threat on the boss.
LFR Abuse
This item saw a lot of abuse in lfr though. People would tag a boss, use the dagger to suicide, and then go afk and let the raid kill it for them. This almost always resulted in the best loot possible for the person shrugging responsibility. If they were trying to get Titan Runestones they'd definitely get one if they were on the floor.
Nerf
Presumably because of this abuse it was eventually deemed too powerful with a 5 minute CD. Instead it became a 30m CD and people still used it to afk the last boss of lfrs. Good fix Blizz.
Yell Macros
Atena had a totally sweet yell macro that when the item was used would also yell Julianne's death cry at the end of the Rumulo and Julianne encounter in Karazhan, which was paraphrased from the boring Shakespere play. "Ohh, happy dagger! This is thy sheath! There rust, and let me die!"
