It's like a Band of Sulfuras but with a shitload of healing on it.
The premiere Spirit ring of TBC. Atena required it. Unfortunately he took a hiatus for much of the time that Vashj was being killed and missed the few that dropped. He would attend any and all PUGs just to try and get the ring. Eventually he got it and it was good.
