The combat follower is a fine balance. If you aren't using one with appropriate equipment to give you SHITLOADS of free currencies (Gold/Resources) for completing world quests you're a fucking retard like Heaton. However if you are using one of the combat followers that actually follows you around and keeps people in combat all the time you are a fucking cunt.
