-Began leading raids during WotLK and indirectly contributed to a few members deciding they no longer wished to raid.  His attitude, accent, and tendency to assign blame to everyone but himself wore thin on several raid members.  His frustrations continued to grow until one day deciding to ninja-server transfer to join Gentlemen's Club after taking items/gold from the guild bank.  It was later rumored that he became dissatisfied for GC's raiding atmosphere for the very same reason many people quit while raiding under him.  A quote was found from a current raider of CSM and broadcast to the rest of the guild, it read...
-"They are a GOOD guild, but the raiding atmosphere is compete and utter shit.  There's something about having a 22 year old skinny ass nerd scream at the top of his lunge "YOU GUYS FUCKING BLOW THIS IS PATHETIC!!!" approximately every 35 seconds that just turns me away.  the best part is everyone just bends over and goes "sorry dude, it won't happen again" as if they were enjoying it.
--Victor, the 22 year old Panamanian nerd who yelled at the top of his lungs "ARE JOO GUYS FOCKING RETARDED OR SOMETHING?!! YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE ME CRY TEARS OF BLOOD!!!" approximately every 20 seconds and made everyone hate raiding in the process.
