For some reason most of CSM's data on ToV is inconspicuously missing. ToV presented probably the biggest struggle of the Legion raids and it took csm almost 2 months to fully clear. This is likely because attention was split between farming the easy ass loot from Emerald Nightmare and progression in ToV.
