At Legion launch this ring could rarely be proc'd in a raid setting and as a result anyone who got this as one of their first few legendaries was considered a shitty player.

Was later buffed so some of it's special effect was always active but still was pretty mediocre.

Freezythree still maintains this to be one of the better utility legion legendaries mainly because it continued to be #1/#2 best in slot as a shadow priest throughout the expansion.
