Research the fights, break them down, and be able to explain them to raiders like they're 5 because they're sure as fuck not going to look any of this shit up ahead of time.
Call out timers because raiders are incapable at looking at the boss timers on their own screen.
Acknowledge star performers. AKA: when someone who constantly shits the bed actually does a mechanic right, give them a gold star.
Call out shitters when they fuck up constantly on the same shit.
