Da Piston was a drop from Void Reaver in Tempest Keep. It was an incredibly strong Restoration Shaman trinket on account that they loved mp5 and the hot could be applied on any bounce of Chain Heal.
In CSM
Eaglehorn was the lone recipient of Da Piston and took it on as his one of his many monikers.
Redcoat never got one.
