Artifact Power (AP) was a resource used to power up Artifact weapons during Legions expansion.
Artifact Knowledge (AK) was the modifier at which this increased the amount of AP you would get.
As content continued throughout Legion the values became sillier and sillier and at 7.3 they were in the multiple billions.
