The original rare drop raid mount.

Ashes of Al'ar is a very rare mount drop from Kael'thas. It has been highly sought after throughout the duration that it has existed. Scorpion was one of the elite few who actually got the mount when Tempest Keep was still current content. After TBC had ended many would return to TK to try for a shot at the mount in smaller parties. This continued in Cata when it finally became possible to solo the encounter. Debrabushi got his Ashes on like his second Kael kill because he's a huge piece of shit. When others would attempt for the mount and fail he would often say that they were "never lucky" since it was such an easy mount to get. By Legion, most players who cared enough to own the mount had already grinded it out.
