Almost as good as a Mindtap Talisman.
Warmth of Forgiveness was a trinket drop out of the 4HM chest after defeating the encounter. So long as you used the on use on cooldown it was significantly stronger than Shard of the Scale. The base 10 Mp5 + the on use gave ~23 Mp5 so long as it was kept on cooldown making it the strongest regen trinket in Vanilla.
Atena replaced Royal Seal of Eldre'Thalas with this trinket. Atena raided heavily through MC, BWL, and AQ and never got an epic trinket worth replacing it before the Warmth. Blues to 4HM loot, that's Vanilla trinkets in a nutshell.
